Simple Chia Pudding Flavors

Ingredients

Strawberry flavor

  • 1 cup nut milk*
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pink Pitaya powder
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

Blue flavor

  • 1 cup nut milk*
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Blueberries and figs

Vanilla flavor

  • 1 cup nut milk*
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the fruits and toppings.

  2. Let it sit for a bit then add the fruits.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to set

  4. When ready to serve, add your toppings.
