Easy Flavored Chia Puddings for Breakfast

Ingredients

Rose pudding

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pink Pitaya powder
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp rose petals

Minty kiwi pudding

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp moringa powder
  • small handful of mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 kiwi

Lavender pudding

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp lavender

Preparation

  1. For rose and lavender flavors, soak nut milk with dry flowers overnight and strain the next day.

  2. Mix all ingredients except fruits and toppings.

  3. Let the mixture sit for a bit, then add the fruits.

  4. Add toppings when ready to serve.

Topping ideas

  1. For rose pudding: strawberries, cherries

  2. For minty kiwi pudding: mango, nuts

  3. For lavender pudding: blueberries, pitaya
