Decadent Chocolate Chia Pudding with Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together very well until a homogeneous paste.

  2. Serve in bowls and let set in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.

  3. For serving, add mint ice-cream, almond flakes, and edible rose petals.
