Merry Berry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp. chia seeds
- 150 ml almond milk
- 50 grams mashed raspberries
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. unsweetened soy yogurt
Toppings
- redcurrants
- soy yogurt
- chopped almonds
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the toppings and transfer to a jar.
Let it rest overnight.
Add the plant-based yogurt and toppings the next morning.
