Merry Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 50 grams mashed raspberries
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. unsweetened soy yogurt

Toppings

  • redcurrants
  • soy yogurt
  • chopped almonds

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the toppings and transfer to a jar.

  2. Let it rest overnight.

  3. Add the plant-based yogurt and toppings the next morning.
