Easy Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Preparation
In a bowl combine the chia seeds, agave syrup, vanilla and almond milk, mix well.
Leave to rest in the freezer for 2 to 5 hours.
Cut the banana into small pieces to top it off.
Add peanut butter.
Store in the fridge.
