Easy Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine the chia seeds, agave syrup, vanilla and almond milk, mix well.

  2. Leave to rest in the freezer for 2 to 5 hours.

  3. Cut the banana into small pieces to top it off.

  4. Add peanut butter.

  5. Store in the fridge.
