Vegan Avocado Banana Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie base
- 1 medium avocado (about 150 g)
- 1 banana (about 100 g)
- 150 g almond yogurt (or soy yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 teaspoons agave syrup
Toppings
- 1/2 avocado (about 75 g)
- 1/2 banana (about 50 g)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
Preparation
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Peel the banana and add it in pieces to the avocado.
Add almond yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and agave syrup to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
Cut the remaining avocado and banana into small pieces.
Arrange the avocado and banana pieces on top of the smoothie base.
Sprinkle with chia seeds and chopped almonds.
Serve immediately.
