Blueberry Cobbler Waffle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • splash vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup wild blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend you oats in the blender until it turns into a powder

  2. Pour into bowl with banana, milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract - mix thoroughly then fold in blueberries

  3. Transfer to waffle maker that’s preheated and sprayed (I use coconut oil)

  4. Don’t remove until the green botton turns on or until it’s golden brown! Remove and top
