Vegan Gingerbread Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Lotus cookies
  • 150g soy yogurt
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla extract
