Vegan Gingerbread Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Lotus cookies
- 150 gr soy yoghurt
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/4 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A handful of blackberries
Preparation
Mix the chia seeds, banana and milk and transfer it to a jar.
Let it rest overnight.
Add the cookies, pudding and yoghurt to a jar and add berries and cinnamon.
