Chia Pudding Parfait with Berries

Ingredients

  • yogurt with 1 teaspoon butterfly pea powder
  • 1.5 cups oat milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • blackberries
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix the butterfly pea powder into the yogurt to create the first layer.

  2. In a jar with a lid, combine oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon.

  3. Shake the jar well, then refrigerate for 5 minutes and shake again.

  4. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour to achieve a creamy texture.

  5. Pour the chia mixture over the yogurt layer.

  6. Top with blackberries and blueberries.
