Chia Pudding Parfait with Berries
Ingredients
- yogurt with 1 teaspoon butterfly pea powder
- 1.5 cups oat milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- blackberries
- blueberries
Preparation
Mix the butterfly pea powder into the yogurt to create the first layer.
In a jar with a lid, combine oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
Shake the jar well, then refrigerate for 5 minutes and shake again.
Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour to achieve a creamy texture.
Pour the chia mixture over the yogurt layer.
Top with blackberries and blueberries.
