Overnight Blueberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Preparation
Warm or mash 1/2 cup blueberries.
Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid, shake well, and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, top with yogurt, warmed blueberries, and peanut butter.
Tips
Warming or mashing the blueberries helps them blend better into the pudding.
