Overnight Blueberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Preparation

  1. Warm or mash 1/2 cup blueberries.

  2. Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid, shake well, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. The next morning, top with yogurt, warmed blueberries, and peanut butter.

Tips

  1. Warming or mashing the blueberries helps them blend better into the pudding.
