Chia Seed Pudding with Oats and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons quick oats
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together and stir every minute for the first 5-7 minutes.

  2. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  3. If too thick, add more oat milk to adjust consistency.

  4. Serve and eat.
