Chia Seed Pudding with Oats and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons quick oats
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and stir every minute for the first 5-7 minutes.
Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
If too thick, add more oat milk to adjust consistency.
Serve and eat.
