Vegan Chocolate Buckwheat Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat flour (or regular flour as a substitute)
- 1/2 cup oat milk (such as Alpro)
- 1, 2, 3, or 4 teaspoons of chocolate spread (such as Good Good brand)
- Optional: Cinnamon
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour (or regular flour) and oat milk until there are no lumps remaining.
Heat a flat pan and add a small amount of butter or coconut oil to grease it.
Scoop out the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin crepe.
Cook the crepe on both sides until golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the amount based on the desired thickness of the crepes.
Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon over the cooked crepes for added flavor.
