Vegan Chocolate Buckwheat Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour (or regular flour as a substitute)
  • 1/2 cup oat milk (such as Alpro)
  • 1, 2, 3, or 4 teaspoons of chocolate spread (such as Good Good brand)
  • Optional: Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour (or regular flour) and oat milk until there are no lumps remaining.

  2. Heat a flat pan and add a small amount of butter or coconut oil to grease it.

  3. Scoop out the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin crepe.

  4. Cook the crepe on both sides until golden brown.

  5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the amount based on the desired thickness of the crepes.

  6. Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon over the cooked crepes for added flavor.
