Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp yogurt of choice
- 2/3 cup oat or coconut milk
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 1/2 grated carrot
- turmeric powder
- cinnamon
Preparation
Grate the carrot.
Mix all ingredients and store in the fridge overnight.
Top with banana, granola, and cashew almond butter.
