Healthy Chia Pudding in a Jar

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp quick oats
  • 2 tbsp yogurt of choice
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup oatmilk
  • cinnamon

Toppings

  • defrosted raspberries
  • honey
  • homemade granola
  • cacao nibs
  • some coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Stir every 5 minutes for three times.

  3. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  4. Top with defrosted raspberries, honey, homemade granola, cacao nibs, and coconut milk.

  5. Note: Chia seeds are perfect for making a healthy meal, snack, breakfast, or lunch and are rich in fiber, protein, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids.
