Healthy Chia Pudding in a Jar
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp quick oats
- 2 tbsp yogurt of choice
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup oatmilk
- cinnamon
Toppings
- defrosted raspberries
- honey
- homemade granola
- cacao nibs
- some coconut milk
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Stir every 5 minutes for three times.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
Top with defrosted raspberries, honey, homemade granola, cacao nibs, and coconut milk.
