Golden Turmeric Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup oatmilk
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp yogurt of choice
  • 1/2 tsp @helios.no turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp @helios.no ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Store in the fridge overnight to achieve a creamy texture.

  3. Top with banana, granola, and hemp seeds before serving.
