Golden Turmeric Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 2/3 cup oatmilk
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 2 tbsp yogurt of choice
- 1/2 tsp @helios.no turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp @helios.no ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in the fridge overnight to achieve a creamy texture.
Top with banana, granola, and hemp seeds before serving.
