Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp yogurt of choice
- 2/3 cup Oatly oatmilk
- Ceylon cinnamon (from Helios.no)
- Turmeric powder (from Helios.no)
- 1/3 mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 grated carrot
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Add your favorite toppings before serving.
