Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp yogurt of choice
  • 2/3 cup Oatly oatmilk
  • Ceylon cinnamon (from Helios.no)
  • Turmeric powder (from Helios.no)
  • 1/3 mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 grated carrot

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  3. Add your favorite toppings before serving.
