Overnight Oats with Fresh Berries and Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt of choice
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/3 mashed banana

Toppings

  • fresh berries
  • homemade banana granola
  • cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Store the mixture in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, top with fresh berries, crunchy homemade banana granola, and cashew butter.
