Overnight Turmeric Oats with Banana and Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2/3 cup oat / coconut milk
- 3 tbsp yogurt of your choice
- 1/2 tsp @helios turmeric powder
- 1/3 mashed ripe banana
- a dash of cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and store in the fridge overnight.
Top with banana bread bites, homemade granola, banana, and a drizzle of cinnamon.
