Overnight Turmeric Oats with Banana and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2/3 cup oat / coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp yogurt of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp @helios turmeric powder
  • 1/3 mashed ripe banana
  • a dash of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in the fridge overnight.

  2. Top with banana bread bites, homemade granola, banana, and a drizzle of cinnamon.
