Oats and Banana Blender Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop collagen or protein
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender for 1 minute.
Scoop batter into a well oiled pan and cook each side for a minute or two.
Top with all the goodies and enjoy. For example, top with yogurt, sliced bananas, berries, peanut butter, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
