Fluffy Chocolate Raspberry Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk (add more or less depending on how runny you want your pancake batter to be! I like mine thick and fluffy so I use less!)
- 1 tbs coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- splash of vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
Cook 1/4 cup of pancake batter at a time until the top is bubbly, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Top the pancakes with your favorite combination, such as coconut yogurt, freeze-dried raspberries, chocolate granola, and cacao nibs.
