Vegan Strawberry Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Let the batter sit for a few minutes to let the baking powder work.
In the meantime, prepare toppings by cutting up strawberries and banana.
Mix some oat milk with powdered chocolate almond butter for the sauce.
Scoop batter into a greased skillet and cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute until bubbly on top.
Serve with the prepared toppings and a sprinkle of chocolate chips
