Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Dark chocolate chips (a few)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy.

  2. Pour 1/4 cup batter into a nonstick cooking pan over medium heat.

  3. Sprinkle over a few dark chocolate chips.

  4. Cook until golden brown on each side.
