Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Dark chocolate chips (a few)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
Pour 1/4 cup batter into a nonstick cooking pan over medium heat.
Sprinkle over a few dark chocolate chips.
Cook until golden brown on each side.
