Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until all the ingredients are combined and the oats become much finer.
Heat a frying pan and then scoop a spoonful of the mixture and place in the frying pan. Once bubbles start to appear on the surface of the pancake, it is ready to flip. Flip the pancakes and once the underneath has browned, place on a plate. Continue doing this until all the mixture has been used up.
