Easy Banana Oat Pancakes for Children
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Mash the bananas really well
Mash in the eggs
Add the dry ingredients and mix well
Pan fry 1 tablespoon of mix at a time in a little oil on low-medium heat
Flip once you see bubbles and fry on the other side for 2 minutes
Be careful not to burn them
Enjoy with berries, honey, chocolate, nuts, and seed sprinkles
For smooth pancakes, blend all ingredients together instead of mashing
