Easy Banana Oat Pancakes for Children

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas really well

  2. Mash in the eggs

  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix well

  4. Pan fry 1 tablespoon of mix at a time in a little oil on low-medium heat

  5. Flip once you see bubbles and fry on the other side for 2 minutes

  6. Be careful not to burn them

  7. Enjoy with berries, honey, chocolate, nuts, and seed sprinkles

  8. For smooth pancakes, blend all ingredients together instead of mashing
