Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup nut milk (sweetened with dates)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 2 tsp maca powder, 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder

Preparation

  1. Smash the bananas in a jar.

  2. Add nut milk, cinnamon, and optional powders. Mix everything.

  3. Add oats and chia seeds to the jar.

  4. Split the mixture into two jars.

  5. Refrigerate overnight.

  6. The next day, you can eat the oats as is or heat them up in a pan on the stove.

  7. Serve with fresh or dried fruits and extra cinnamon.
