Vanilla Oatmeal with Caramelized Banana
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk and 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
- 2 bananas
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a pot except protein powder and cook until thick and creamy.
Then stir in the protein powder and serve with toppings.
Caramelized banana
Slice bananas and cook in a pan with a little oil and sugar until golden and caramelized
