Vanilla Oatmeal with Caramelized Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup plant milk and 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • 2 bananas

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pot except protein powder and cook until thick and creamy.

  2. Then stir in the protein powder and serve with toppings.

Caramelized banana

  1. Slice bananas and cook in a pan with a little oil and sugar until golden and caramelized
