3-Ingredient Healthy Vegan Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100 g oats
  • 200 ml plant milk
  • cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl or blend it with the oats and plant milk until a smooth batter forms

  2. If using cinnamon, stir it into the batter

  3. Preheat a waffle iron to medium-high heat

  4. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden and crisp
