3-Ingredient Healthy Vegan Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 100 g oats
- 200 ml plant milk
- cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl or blend it with the oats and plant milk until a smooth batter forms
If using cinnamon, stir it into the batter
Preheat a waffle iron to medium-high heat
Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden and crisp
