Homemade Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop fitonomy vanilla protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. The next day serve with toppings and enjoy.
