Creamy Golden Milk Chia Pudding with Berries

Ingredients

  • 35 grams of chia seeds
  • 150 ml oat milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. soy yogurt
  • A handful of berries

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except yogurt and berries together and put it in a sealed container or jar.

  2. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. The next morning, add the yogurt and berries and enjoy.
