Anti-Inflammatory Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cup oat milk

Preparation

  1. Cook your oats on the stove along with your oat milk, and gently stir.

  2. After 2 minutes, add in your mashed banana and spices, and continue to stir.

  3. After 10 minutes, or once all liquid has been absorbed, serve and top with a variety of toppings.
