Anti-Inflammatory Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup oat milk
Preparation
Cook your oats on the stove along with your oat milk, and gently stir.
After 2 minutes, add in your mashed banana and spices, and continue to stir.
After 10 minutes, or once all liquid has been absorbed, serve and top with a variety of toppings.
