Easy Nutritious Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 large mashed banana
- 1 cup of oats
Optional additions
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 squares of dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix the oats and mashed banana (and cinnamon if using) in a bowl until well combined and shape into 6 cookies.
Place the cookies on baking paper on a baking tray and add one square of chocolate to each.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes until golden around the edges.
