Easy Nutritious Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 large mashed banana
  • 1 cup of oats

Optional additions

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 squares of dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix the oats and mashed banana (and cinnamon if using) in a bowl until well combined and shape into 6 cookies.

  3. Place the cookies on baking paper on a baking tray and add one square of chocolate to each.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes until golden around the edges.
