Fudgy Baked Oatmeal with Banana and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • Handful of berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • Tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 60g raisins

Preparation

  1. Soak 50g oats in hot water for 10 minutes, using just enough water to cover.

  2. Mix and mash all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Top the mixture with any desired toppings.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

  5. For added flavor, consider topping with pumpkin spice almond butter, coconut yogurt, and honey.
