Fudgy Baked Oatmeal with Banana and Blueberries
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- Handful of berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
- Tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 60g raisins
Preparation
Soak 50g oats in hot water for 10 minutes, using just enough water to cover.
Mix and mash all ingredients together in a bowl.
Top the mixture with any desired toppings.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
For added flavor, consider topping with pumpkin spice almond butter, coconut yogurt, and honey.
