Peanut Butter Fruit Porridge Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 grams oats
  • 200 ml oat milk
  • 1 banana
  • 100 grams frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a handful of berries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Cut the banana in half.

  2. Cook half of the banana with 50 grams of oats, 200 ml of oat milk, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in a pot until the oats are soft and creamy.

  3. Transfer the cooked porridge to a bowl.

  4. Top the porridge with the remaining half of the banana, 100 grams of frozen blueberries, a handful of berries, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
