Peanut Butter Fruit Porridge Bowl
Ingredients
- 50 grams oats
- 200 ml oat milk
- 1 banana
- 100 grams frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- a handful of berries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Preparation
Cut the banana in half.
Cook half of the banana with 50 grams of oats, 200 ml of oat milk, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in a pot until the oats are soft and creamy.
Transfer the cooked porridge to a bowl.
Top the porridge with the remaining half of the banana, 100 grams of frozen blueberries, a handful of berries, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
