Peanut Butter Chocolate Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (I used @bobsredmill gluten free)
  • 1 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (I used @crazyrichardspb )
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Add-ins

  • 1/8 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/8 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together with a spatula (not a mixer): 1 cup oats, 1 1/2 mashed banana, 1/3 cup peanut butter, and 2 tbsp maple syrup.

  3. Add in 1/8 cup peanut butter chips and 1/8 cup chocolate chips.

  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
