Peanut Butter Chocolate Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (I used @bobsredmill gluten free)
- 1 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (I used @crazyrichardspb )
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Add-ins
- 1/8 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/8 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, mix together with a spatula (not a mixer): 1 cup oats, 1 1/2 mashed banana, 1/3 cup peanut butter, and 2 tbsp maple syrup.
Add in 1/8 cup peanut butter chips and 1/8 cup chocolate chips.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
