Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/120 ml oats
- 1 cup/240 ml plant milk (for example almond, oat or soy)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 sliced banana
Optional toppings
- sliced strawberries
- cacao nibs
- shredded coconut
- slivered almonds
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk.
Cover the bowl and let sit on the kitchen counter overnight.
If you’re in a very warm climate, refrigerate it instead.
In the morning, top with fruits, berries, or toppings of choice and enjoy.
