Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup/120 ml oats
  • 1 cup/240 ml plant milk (for example almond, oat or soy)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 sliced banana

Optional toppings

  • sliced strawberries
  • cacao nibs
  • shredded coconut
  • slivered almonds

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk.

  2. Cover the bowl and let sit on the kitchen counter overnight.

  3. If you’re in a very warm climate, refrigerate it instead.

  4. In the morning, top with fruits, berries, or toppings of choice and enjoy.
