Vegan Snickers Inspired Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Oats mixture

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup plant milk (I used cashew milk)
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 scoop @vivolife salted carmel protein powder (optional but HIGHLY recommend)

Chia pudding mixture

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • A few tbsp plant milk

Preparation

  1. In one bowl mix all the ingredients for oats and in the other mix the ingredients for chia pudding.

  2. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. The next day top your oats with the chia pudding.

  4. Add a big dollop of peanut butter and sprinkle over some chopped chocolate.
