Overnight Oats with Berries

Ingredients

  • 100g oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 300ml plant milk (almond, etc.)
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (coconut, soy, or similar)
  • 125g fresh berries

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the berries in a bowl and pour into a glass.

  2. Put it in the fridge overnight.

  3. Wash the berries in the morning and use them as a topping.
