Overnight Oats with Berries
Ingredients
- 100g oatmeal
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 300ml plant milk (almond, etc.)
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp yogurt (coconut, soy, or similar)
- 125g fresh berries
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the berries in a bowl and pour into a glass.
Put it in the fridge overnight.
Wash the berries in the morning and use them as a topping.
