Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1.5 cups cold water
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax meal
- cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jar
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Serve cold in the morning
