Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 1/2 grated carrot
  • 1.5 cups cold water
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax meal
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jar

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight

  3. Serve cold in the morning
