Simple Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 1 cup oatmilk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
