Simple Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 cup oatmilk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
