Overnight Oats Bowl with Banana and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oatmilk
  • some water
  • cardamom
  • cinnamon

Toppings

  • granola
  • bee pollen
  • banana
  • homemade hazel almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 1 hour.

  3. Top with granola, bee pollen, banana, and homemade hazel almond butter.
