Overnight Oats Bowl with Banana and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup oatmilk
- some water
- cardamom
- cinnamon
Toppings
- granola
- bee pollen
- banana
- homemade hazel almond butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 1 hour.
Top with granola, bee pollen, banana, and homemade hazel almond butter.
