Healthy Turmeric Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp @helios.no turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp @helios.no ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup oatmilk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in the fridge overnight.

  2. Top with fresh summer berries, banana, homemade granola, and cashew almond butter.
