Healthy Turmeric Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp @helios.no turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp @helios.no ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup oatmilk
- 2 tbsp yogurt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and store in the fridge overnight.
Top with fresh summer berries, banana, homemade granola, and cashew almond butter.
