Swirly Oat Bowl for Post-Workout Fuel
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup oatmilk or water
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- cinnamon
Toppings
- defrosted blueberries
- banana bread bites
- granola
- bee pollen
- cashew almond butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Top with defrosted blueberries, banana bread bites, granola, bee pollen, and cashew almond butter.
