Healthy Packed Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • jumbo rolled oats and porridge oats
  • cacao nibs
  • hemp seeds
  • chia seeds
  • flax seeds
  • coconut milk
  • raisins or fresh berries

Add-ins

  • scoop of protein
  • fresh berries
  • banana
  • maple flavor syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl or Tupperware.

  2. Add coconut milk and water to cover the oats.

  3. Let them sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

  4. Before eating, add a scoop of protein and desired toppings such as fresh berries, banana, and maple flavor syrup.
