Healthy Packed Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- jumbo rolled oats and porridge oats
- cacao nibs
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- flax seeds
- coconut milk
- raisins or fresh berries
Add-ins
- scoop of protein
- fresh berries
- banana
- maple flavor syrup
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl or Tupperware.
Add coconut milk and water to cover the oats.
Let them sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Before eating, add a scoop of protein and desired toppings such as fresh berries, banana, and maple flavor syrup.
