mixed fruit overnight oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups plantmilk
- 1/2 smashed banana
- 2 tb raisins
- 2 figs
- 3tb nuts ( which ever you prefer)
- 1tb hemp seeds
- 1 kiwi
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 necterine
Preparation
Cut figs in small pieces
Mix milk, oats, figs, hemp seeds, smashed banana, raisins and 4tb of the nuts
Place in the fridge over night
Mix again
Top with your fruits and the rest of the nuts
