mixed fruit overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats⁣
  • 2 cups plantmilk⁣
  • 1/2 smashed banana⁣
  • 2 tb raisins⁣
  • 2 figs⁣
  • 3tb nuts ( which ever you prefer) ⁣
  • 1tb hemp seeds⁣
  • 1 kiwi⁣
  • 1 handful blueberries⁣
  • 1 necterine⁣

Preparation

  1. Cut figs in small pieces⁣

  2. Mix milk, oats, figs, hemp seeds, smashed banana, raisins and 4tb of the nuts ⁣

  3. Place in the fridge over night⁣

  4. Mix again⁣

  5. Top with your fruits and the rest of the nuts⁣
