Blueberry Porridge with Salted Caramel Soy Protein
Ingredients
- Oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 scoop salted caramel soy protein isolate
- Water
- Handful of blueberries
- Raisins
- Banana slices
- Peanut butter
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
In a saucepan, add oats, chia seeds, maca powder, salted caramel soy protein isolate, and water.
Mix the ingredients together and cook on medium heat until the porridge thickens and becomes creamy.
Stir in a handful of blueberries and raisins.
Transfer the porridge to a bowl.
Top with banana slices, peanut butter, and cacao nibs.
