Blueberry Salted Caramel Oats
Ingredients
- 30g oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Water/milk
- Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Scoop of protein powder (salted caramel flavor)
- Toppings: 1/2 banana, heaped tsp of almond butter, raisins, cinnamon
Preparation
In a bowl or pot, combine oats and chia seeds. Cover them with water or milk.
Halfway through cooking, add blueberries to the mixture.
Heat until the desired thickness is achieved.
Stir in a scoop of salted caramel protein powder. If not using protein powder, add desired sweetener (e.g., date syrup) and a sprinkle of salt for a similar flavor.
Add your favorite toppings, such as 1/2 a banana, a heaped teaspoon of almond butter, raisins, and cinnamon.
