Salted Caramel Chocolate Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • Porridge oats (desired amount)
  • 1 scoop of salted caramel protein
  • 1 heaped tsp of unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of maca powder (for energy & muscle growth)
  • 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • Sprinkle of hemp seeds, cacao nibs & flax seeds
  • Raisins (optional)
  • Water or plant-based milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Peanut butter (or PB powder mixed with water)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine porridge oats, salted caramel protein, unsweetened cacao powder, maca powder, chia seeds, and the sprinkle of hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and flax seeds. Add raisins if desired.

  2. Mix the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add enough water or plant-based milk to reach your preferred consistency.

  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.

  5. In the morning, top the mixture with half a banana, frozen raspberries, and peanut butter (or rehydrated PB powder).

  6. For a creamier texture, consider blending the oats next time.
