Fresh and Fruity Protein Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • water as needed
  • blueberries
  • raisins

Toppings

  • fresh fig slices
  • cacao nibs
  • fresh strawberries
  • sliced banana
  • sprinkle of hemp seeds
  • coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, vanilla protein, and coconut milk together.

  2. Add water until the desired thickness is reached.

  3. Stir in the blueberries and raisins.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight until set.

  5. Before serving, add the toppings including fresh fig slices, cacao nibs, fresh strawberries, sliced banana, a sprinkle of hemp seeds, and coconut yogurt.
