Vegan Oatmeal Melt with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 90ml water
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 scoop protein

Toppings

  • 1 piece 74% dark chocolate
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, mashed banana, and protein in a bowl or pot.

  2. Cook on stove or microwave until oats are soft and mixture thickens.

  3. Add toppings: dark chocolate and strawberries, and serve.
