Vegan Oatmeal Melt with Toppings
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 90ml water
- 100ml coconut milk
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 scoop protein
Toppings
- 1 piece 74% dark chocolate
- strawberries
Preparation
Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, mashed banana, and protein in a bowl or pot.
Cook on stove or microwave until oats are soft and mixture thickens.
Add toppings: dark chocolate and strawberries, and serve.
